Minority Leaders for Society – MLS is organization founded in 2007 by young leaders belonging to different minority groups that live in North Macedonia. We wanted to create something new that will focus and work on certain issues concerning different minority groups since we already know how it is to be minority and this fact brings us closer to our target group.
Therefore our work is more focused on minorities as target group and on their rights and integration into the society.
We organize different activities on local, national and international level connected with our target group and aiming at raising the awareness of young people about different minority groups and problems these groups face.
Our basic values are: equality, mobility, non formal learning, sustainability, leadership and multiculturalism.
We believe that MINORITY can be equally good LEADERS helping us create a progressive, respective and empowering SOCIETY
